Passion Pit - The Reeling

The video is visually appealing, literally A peeling, I love how they tear away to different views and sequences.  Plus it doesn't hurt how it has that old damaged film look, plus you can't forget to mention Passion Pit's really catchy song, which I like alot.

This video reminds me of the promotional work UK artist Hort did for the record label, Modular People

Jaimie & Matt's Video Portrait by Tyler Shields

This short video piece was filmed by photographer Tyler Shields.  Jaimie Alexander & Matt Dallas are the stars of a show titled Kyle XY (never heard of it until today).

This piece reminds me of Terry Richardson shoot for Vogue Homme, titled 'AutoPortraits.'

Short film by Matt Irwin: A|X x Dazed

Made by one great photographer Matt Irwin (which is one hard man to reach, anyone can help on asking him an question, help a brother out).

Made for Dazed & Confused Digital and the Armani Exchange's UK launch, this video show the hottest faces of today from New York to London.

A Walk Through Art Basel Switzerland

This is what I call a walk through.  Vernissage.TV truely puts you in the action, they don't give you plain clear shots of Art or house music playing over the video.  They give a true experience of the art basel even to the most important part, "people watching."  After watching 10mins of this I was left wondering why am I not in Switerzland right now.

The Making of The Erotic House of Peter Saville

July Issue of Wallpaper* magazine is the apparent “Sex issue” and they have star collaboration between Art director Peter Saville and ShowStudio Photographer Nick Knight.

In 1996, legendary art director Peter Saville moved into a 2,000 sq ft Mayfair lair that he worked with Hacienda designer Ben Kelly to turn into a celebration of 1970s ‘shag pad’ – or garçonniere as Saville prefers – styling. The Apartment, as it was known, soon became a draw for popstars (and long-term Saville fans) such as Pulp’s Jarvis Cocker and Suede’s Brett Anderson. Saville had to vacate The Apartment after a few short, happy years but he still keeps most if its contents in shipping containers in West London.

The shoot he art directed for Wallpaper*, photographed by Nick Knight, is in part at least, an attempt to create an abstract update of The Apartment and to take it in strange new directions.

A production of large scale and ambition, the final 22-page shoot is in July's issue of Wallpaper*.
